Points to improve: Under goals, please be very specific of your goals. What skills do you want to improve in this writing course? Under b objective, what are these new things that you want to learn?
Arrange also the supporting details logically. Think which is the best arrangement - from least to most important or vice versa.
I would suggest improving your thesis statement. I do like the 'Hurdles' part in the body; I think it's very creative. However, I think you should organize your ideas in a more meaningful way.
